Would you like to support our Seniors Chair Yoga Program- which helps our senior community members to develop practices for well being and find connection in community over isolation?

If you have extra unused/ lightly used yoga props- you can bring them over and we will be glad to build a repository of props to enhance the experience of our free weekly classes for the community. The use of props helps make yoga postures more accessible and comfortable for all bodies.

We concluded a successful IAC Open House Event for our community last week to share about all our services to support the community.
