In November, the voters of Donegal Township elected me to serve a 4 year term as a Constable. To protect our polls on Election Day, serve warrants -(once certified), and maintain the peace.

Tomorrow, (Friday) I will plead my case in the Common Pleas Court against Butler County.

-Claims are the term was supposed to be a 2 year term, but due to clerical error the ballot stated 4 years. This error should have been caught before the May 2023 election and not 7 months later… This has brought to my attention that the extent of clerical error is so severe that multiple letters / paperwork said either 4, or 6 years (supposedly neither are correct).

This may have been a clerical error, but the voters are the ones who should decide how long I serve, not the elections department. I will continue to fight for the rights of the voters in Donegal Township and Butler County.

I’d like to thank everyone for the continued support throughout the past 4 years in the fight we are in.
