Considering there may have been response biases, these are the results from the tinyurl.com/warisurvey. As you can see, a great percentage of students at Olympian High School were unsure of answering questions regarding the civil rights movement. Moreover, the average score out of 3 questions was 1.75/3.

Tubman was a social activist that was born into slavery and helped escape approximately 70 enslaved individuals. She did not do this alone, however. Harriet Tubman aided slaves with the help of antislavery activists and safe houses known as the Underground Railroad.
