​Rosemary Oglesby-Henry, Ms. Rosemary as everyone calls her, is a results-driven and goal-oriented leader with a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies & Business Administration Minor, as well as a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Mount St. Joseph University. She holds numerous certifications focusing on business and leadership. As an award-winning CEO, educator, and author, she has spent more than a decade strengthening families, advancing common-sense policies, and building opportunity for working people across Southwest Ohio. Rooted in faith and guided by conservative principles from her parents, Rosemary believes in personal responsibility, fiscal discipline, and the power of strong people to transform communities. She strived to break generational cycles within her family. From homeless to income-based housing, to a more than decade career to at the United States Postal Service to now a candidate for Congress. She has dedicated her career to empowering individuals through education, service, and practical solutions that improve lives without growing government dependence.

​As the founder/CEO of a successful nonprofit, Rosemary has proven she knows how to deliver results—not just talk about them. She doubled her organization’s revenue in under four years, creating programs that help young parents gain independence and contribute to our economy. Her leadership has earned national recognition and the trust of thousands of Ohio families. Ms. Rosemary was married for more than two decades to her love. Revitalization of Reading Road Means Building Businesses That Last

For too long, we've measured success by ribbon cuttings and announcements. Real revitalization isn't about replacing neighborhoods it's about creating opportunities for the people and businesses already invested in them.

As a business owner, nonprofit leader, and lifelong resident, I believe every public investment should answer one simple question:

Does this increase opportunity and ownership for the people who already live here?
Reading Road can become a thriving economic corridor, but only if we intentionally support entrepreneurs, strengthen existing businesses, improve public safety, invest in infrastructure, and ensure wealth circulates within our communities instead of leaving them.
