Winston is a great little trail dog! Here he is at the Little Si summit after a 2.2 mile hike up 1,200ft yesterday afternoon. He found some nice rocks to scamper around on while taking in the sun and the view and scaring the heck out of a squirrel. He'll be back....

Early mornings on the trail are the best. You roll out of your sleeping bag in comfy pants, put on your flip-flops and go out to the place and the view that you worked hard to enjoy, where, hopefully, few others have ventured.
