This distinguished gentleman is a 10-year-old Akita mix we had the pleasure of taking on a Doggy Day Out from Elk Grove Animal Services.

Donโ€™t let the age fool you โ€” Chewie has great energy and absolutely loved getting out and exploring the nature trails with us. Heโ€™s great with kids and people, extremely well behaved, and knows all his basic commands.

We loved spending the day with this handsome guy. Now weโ€™re hoping we can help him find the loving home he deserves. ๐Ÿ•
