School District of Clayton The School District of Clayton is a nationally recognized, award-winning district with a proud tradition of academic excellence.

As a public school system dedicated to the education of all children who come to its schools, the School District of Clayton inspires each of its students to love learning and embrace challenge within a rich and rigorous academic culture. Now through Sept. 11, Clayton's social work team is collecting food and essentials to stock the District's food pantry and raise funds to support families in need.

There are three ways to support the drive: purchase items directly from the Amazon wish list, purchase an item from the wishlist and drop it off at any Clayton school during school hours, or make a monetary donation to the Food and Essentials Fund.

Last year, the generosity of the Clayton community helped provide food, household items, clothing, holiday support and emergency assistance to approximately 80 families.

Captain celebrated the new school year with some fun at the Cougar Kickoff Carnival! 🎉 Families gathered on the playground to reconnect, meet new faces and spend time together as a Captain community.
