Yesterday, The Littlest Heroes teamed up with Cleveland Browns players for a spook-tacular Halloween fashion show! From fun costumes to big smiles, it was an evening full of Halloween magic and memories our little Hero families will cherish for years to come.

Meet our little hero, 5-year-old Max! 💛

Max has been fighting leukemia since October 2021. As his end-of-treatment date in January 2024 approaches, his family is navigating a wave of emotions. Reaching the end of treatment is a huge milestone, but it also means stepping away from the routine and medical safety net that has protected him for over two years.

Through every appointment and every tough side effect from chemotherapy, Max’s strength and bravery have completely amazed everyone around him.

At home, Max is part of a busy, loving crew—he’s a little brother to a 7-year-old sister and a big brother to two baby sisters (one almost 3, and a brand-new 3-month-old!). Whether they are exploring the outdoors together or enjoying a cozy evening at home, his parents are dedicated to filling his childhood with sweet memories that shine far brighter than the shadow of cancer ever could.

Since 2001, The Littlest Heroes has been walking alongside local families impacted by pediatric cancer, meeting their financial, emotional, and social needs when life gets overwhelming.

Over the last two decades, our community of donors and volunteers has helped serve more than 9,000 families. Every single number represents a real child, a real family, and a community that refused to let them walk that road alone.
