Yesterday’s election should leave every voter asking one important question:

What did your local Republican or Democratic Party actually do to help your candidates win?

Did they recruit volunteers?
Did they knock doors?
Did they make calls?
Did they raise money?
Did they turn out voters?

Or…did they do very little while the other side outworked them?

This isn’t about blaming candidates. Campaigns matter—but so do strong local party organizations.

Here in Bradley County, and in communities across the country, if your candidate lost and your local party wasn’t engaged, isn’t it time to ask why?

And more importantly…

Isn’t it time for a change within the party leadership?

Strong parties don’t just show up after Election Day. They organize, support candidates, and work year-round to earn victories.

What did your local party do?

I’d love to hear your experience.🗳️

Tennessee is discussing new redistricting maps — and this is one sample proposal being circulated.

Redistricting determines who represents us in Congress and can impact communities across the entire state for years to come.

Some say maps like this create fairer representation. Others believe it’s political gerrymandering designed to shift power.

What do YOU think?

Should Tennessee redraw the map this way?

May 5th is Election Day.

If you care about the direction of local, state, or national issues … make your voice count where it matters.

Don’t just be a keyboard warrior…

Early voting numbers are in for Bradley County — and they tell an important story.

Out of over 74,000 active voters, only 5,790 people showed up to vote early. That’s just 7.81% turnout.

That should get everyone’s attention.

Local elections matter. These are the decisions that impact our schools, roads, taxes, and the future of our community. Who we put in office isn’t about popularity — it’s about capability.

We need leaders who understand:
• How to balance a budget
• How to work with other leaders
• How to make smart financial decisions for our county.

This isn’t a popularity contest — it’s about putting the right people in positions to govern effectively.

If you haven’t voted yet, make a plan for Election Day: May 5th (8 AM – 8 PM).

Be informed. Be involved. Bradley County deserves it.

Mayors, sheriffs, clerks, commissioners, school board members and more are on the ballot starting today! If your county GOP called for a local primary and has any contested partisan races, take the opportunity to vote early now through April 30 or on Election Day, May 5, 2026.

Visit your county election commission’s website to find out if your county is running these elections (most of the counties in red on the map are!) and to find a sample ballot. Find more election resources at www.tngop.org.
