FEBRUARY 19 -- Your Libertarian neighbors here in Mesa County are meeting 6:00 pm., on Wednesday, February 19, to organize for the next year. If you've thought about "getting involved", the 19th will be a great opportunity!

All Registered Libertarians in Mesa County are invited to attend this -- our 5th annual meeting! If you're ready to be a full voting member, you can join the Mesa LP on-the-spot for only $10 for the entire year.

Starts at 6:15 pm, right after the Annual Membership Meeting, above. Stop in for FREE PIZZA from the Mesa Libertarians, and enjoy great conversation with good people.

Our Mesa Libertarians Social is always on the 3rd Wednesday of the month. This one is February 19, at Old Chicago on North Avenue. Starting just a few minutes later so the Annual Member Meeting can finish Business. The Social will start at 6:15 pm.

Just ask the Old Chicago host for the Libertarian table.

Gold is up by a third since January 1.

Your cash, on the other hand, is worth somewhat less than it was. The Fed says inflation is at about 3%, but that's simply a fabrication.

Inflation (the printing [or creation digitally] of more and more worthless dollars) is >15% yearly average for the past few years. That consists mostly of increases to goods and services you actually buy (groceries, housing, transportation, insurance, energy, etc).

If you have money in the bank, you're losing it day by day.

If you don't have any physical gold, it's probably time to stock up, because this ride is only going to get worse.

The people you've elected are Ivy League morons with their finger on the dollar printing button, and they're banging on it as hard and as fast as they can -- both Democrat and Republican.

If you have a Costco membership, their stores are now selling physical gold.

Ya know, when I first saw these "generic" yard signs saying "Country over Party", I wondered whether this was D or R marketing. It's D. Only after these generic signs had popped up in hundreds of thousands of registered Democrats' yards, did the Democrats (Harris' campaign in particular) start doing the big "reveal" that these were the Democrats' campaign theme.

What they really should say is "Country Over Party As Long As You Vote Democrat".

No thanks.

I'm not going to vote for the evil of two lessers; both Harris and Trump are authoritarian statists.

I'm voting for the Libertarian, Chase Oliver -- because I want my country to be free; and so does he.

That's what "country over party" SHOULD mean:

Freedom and individual liberty.

I would skip this debate were Chase Oliver not in the mix.

Two of the three candidates at the "Free and Equal" presidential debates are just mini-me versions of Harris and Trump.

The only one who doesn't talk like any of the others is Chase Oliver, the Libertarian.

He just wants you to be free and left alone to peacefully live your life.

"Republican tax cuts only benefit the rich."

Well, yeah.

Basically, the bottom economic half the population isn’t paying income taxes at all.

The top one-half of taxpayers are paying 97.7% of all income taxes, while the bottom half pays a paltry 2.3%.

How in the HELL do you "cut" taxes for individuals who are paying virtually nothing?

The income tax is legalized extortion at the point of a gun.

Don't believe it?

Resist the extortion, and the bureaucrats will come along and take whatever you have.

Resist with any force, and those same bureaucrats will send a few thugs to kidnap you to Club Fed.

Resist that, and those thugs are all too ready and willing to shoot you dead.

TAXATION IS THEFT. TAXATION IS EXTORTION.

Repeal The Income Tax. Abolish the IRS. Also repeal all of the state and local lookalikes.
