Here's what's happening this week in Clinton:
*Monday, 8/24 - Registration deadline and first practice for Children's Choir. Practices will be held at the Clinton City Parks & Recreation building on Mondays from 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM, starting August 24, 2026. There will be no choir practice on September 7th, October 5th, October 12th, and November 2nd. The Holiday Children's Choir will learn holiday songs to perform at the Club 55 Luncheon on Saturday, December 5, 2026, and during our Blitzen Bash on Monday, December 7, 2026. *Tuesday, 8/25- Yoga for EVERY Body, 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. in the Community Center Room (1651 W 2300 N). Bring your friends and your yoga mat to relax and learn yoga poses. *Tuesday, 8/25 - City Council Business Meeting at 7 p.m., presentation by Davis County Animal Control, public hearings on proposed West Clinton annex and proposed amendments to ADU Standard. *Thursday, 8/27 - Open Art Studio, every Thursday from 9:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. at the Community Center Room. Come work on your art projects with other community members. No charge, bring your own supplies. All ages welcome. Artists under age 12 must participate with an accompanying adult. ๐จ
