Mason aka "Rocky" (son of AJ & Christina Washburn from Orion) is currently 2 months old and undergoing chemotherapy treatments at OSF in Peoria to fight a tumor on his liver from a rare cancer he was born with called Hepatoblastoma. Please come out on April 14 to the Rock in Coal V

God is good!!!! Mason, our little fighter, did amazing during surgery!!!!! The surgery only lasted about 2 hours and the tumor was smaller than expected!!!!! He didn't even bleed during surgery!!!! Thank you Dr Pearl....you held Masons life in your hands!!!! Mason still has a battle ahead of him, he has 2 more rounds of chemo starting shortly....so please keep sending prayers and positive energy!!!!! We are so happy today!!!!!!!!

We ask for prayer for Mason, surgery is tomorrow at 9:30...also pray for AJ and Christina that they have the strength to endure the waiting game until they get to hold Mason after surgery.....CANCER FREE!!!!!!!

Thank you to all who helped plan, donate and worked today! Thank you to all who came out today! We definitely felt the love!!!! A special thanks to Nicki Green...you rock girl, couldn't have done this with out you!

And now I ask one more thing from everyone....pray!!!! Masons surgery is April 24th, and we need prayers! Keep him in your heart and on your mind as he battles on!!!!

We have some awesome donations coming in already! Reminder tomorrow (Friday) is the drop off at 5:30 at Kelly & Tim's in Coal Valley, or you can drop of your silent auction and bake good items Sunday at 12:30. For those of you donating bake sale items Sunday, please prepackage cookies, bars, etc. by the dozen. Breads and pies can be sold as a whole, but please prepackage as well. You can drop off at Friday's drop off at Kelly & Tim Washburns, or at 12:30 Sunday at the Rock. If you need to make other arrangements just let us know. Thank you all for your donations and help!
