There are thousands of service academy graduates out there with stories worth telling.
And I want to hear more of them.
One of the reasons I started the Rad Grads Podcast was because I’ve always been fascinated by what happens after the academy.
Some graduates stay in uniform for an entire career.
Some become pilots, entrepreneurs, doctors, executives, coaches, teachers, public servants, or creators.
Some take a completely unexpected path.
And sometimes, the most powerful stories aren’t the ones with the biggest titles—they’re the stories about failure, resilience, relationships, leadership, transition, and figuring out what comes next.
I want Rad Grads to represent the entire service academy community.
🎓 U.S. Military Academy
⚓ U.S. Naval Academy
✈️ U.S. Air Force Academy
🛟 U.S. Coast Guard Academy
🚢 U.S. Merchant Marine Academy
If you graduated from one of the academies—or you know someone whose story deserves to be heard—I’d love to connect.
You don’t need to be famous.
You don’t need to be a CEO.
You don’t need to have everything figured out.
You just need a story that might make another person think, laugh, learn, or realize that their own path doesn’t have to look like everyone else’s.
Who should I interview next?
Tag them below, send me their name, or share this post with a fellow grad.
Let’s tell more of these stories.

The academy may be where the story started. It’s definitely not where it ended.
