Student Agency can be a big part of a classroom experience. Player Agency can do the same thing in sports, too. Oregon football coach Dan Lanning experimented with letting his players coach a practice. This can help bring a team together while building understanding from a football level.

Good evening, everyone. I had a few book sales this summer, and I realized I don’t really promote or talk about my books enough. I used to worry about perception, but I forgot that. And I’m
grateful that, to be an independent seller, both books have done well. I wrote Vol 1 in 2020, and it was based on education, social-emotional learning exercises, teambuilding, and leadership activities I did as an after-school director. Vol 1.5 also centers on learning design, teaching strategies, and the activities above. I have 8 copies left of each book; if you feel compelled, support by buying.
