🎉 Congratulations to our 2025–26 AmeriCorps LeaderCorps Members! 🎉
Last week, ServeOhio celebrated the completion of this year’s LeaderCorps program and the incredible leadership shown by our members throughout the year. From personal reflections to goal‑setting sessions, from recognition of achievements to hands‑on service, the day captured the heart of what LeaderCorps is all about: building strong leaders committed to strengthening Ohio’s communities.
Thank you to each LeaderCorps member for your dedication, creativity, and commitment to serving others. Your impact this year has been tremendous, and we can’t wait to see how you continue to lead as changemakers across the state. 💙🤝

Celebrating Caitlyn Barton from Wi******er!
Caitlyn Barton has been fortunate to dedicate more than 1,000 volunteer hours to youth development, agricultural education, and community leadership throughout southern Ohio. Much of this work has been accomplished alongside a small group of dedicated volunteers who help plan and carry out programs that serve more than 300 young people each year through 4-H, FFA, livestock clinics, livestock shows, and the regional sheep and goat show series, as well as youth sports activities.

Together, this group has supported fundraising efforts that contributed to meaningful improvements at the fairgrounds, including electrical upgrades and enhanced ventilation in the goat & sheep barn, as well as opportunities for high school seniors to compete at the Arizona Nationals livestock judging competition. In addition, through a community-led benefit weekend, they were able to provide significant support to a local breeder facing cancer. She has spent countless hours dedicated to help raising funds for her community when it counts.

Beyond agriculture, Caitlyn remains active in coaching youth sports, supporting Farm Bureau outreach events that engage hundreds of families each year, and serving in leadership roles such as 4-H Advisor, President of the Full House Show Series along side Timothy Humble, and board member for several local organizations. She is grateful to work alongside others who share a commitment to investing in youth and strengthening opportunities for families across the region.
