• Demolition agenda: 263 W. North Broadway. Waiver of the 60-day waiting period to demolish a home. (Received 5/26/26. This may be withdrawn.)
• BZA26-034, 25 Aldrich Road. To contract a residential driveway and curb cut to provide vehicular access from Aldrich Road and create off-street parking, including relocation of an existing walkway, the applicant seeks a variance to permit off-street parking as generally shown on the submitted site plan.
• GC26-025, 3989 N. High St. To allow the installation of a replacement ground sign as indicated on the documents, the applicant seeks a variance to reduce the required ground sign setback from 15 ft to 6 ft.

Paving updates from the city:

Details for the expected Indianola Avenue paving schedule (weather dependent) are in the Newsfeed section on the Indianola Ave resurfacing project fact sheet at the following link. Information about on-street parking restrictions is there, too. The project is expected to be completed by the end of May.

In addition, a separate Department of Public Service resurfacing project that will pave Hollenback Rd into Whetstone Park and its parking areas is getting underway through a partnership with Columbus Recreation and Parks. Concrete work is starting soon and, dependent on weather and coordination with Recreation and Parks, paving may start mid-May. Watch for flaggers when crews are milling, paving, striping pavement and installing new speed humps. The project team is working closely with Recreation and Parks to accommodate access to scheduled activities as much as possible while keeping the project on schedule to avoid lengthy disruption and finish by June. We ask that parkgoers be patient and drive slow and safe in the park.

Indianola Resurfacing Project Updates The Indianola Avenue resurfacing and safety improvements project will begin in May 2026 and take approximately 30 days. The city and the Ohio Department of Transportation have partnered on this urban paving project, and the city is

The CAC Election Committee will meet on Monday, June 1st, to review the CAC Election Rules and any changes for the 2026 CAC Election. The meeting will be held at Clinton Heights Lutheran Church, 15 Clinton Heights Avenue, Columbus, OH 43202, from 6pm - 8pm.
