Every day, PneumaCare works to connect youth and adults with compassionate support when life becomes complicated. Whether someone is facing housing instability, significant health needs, behavioral health challenges, or other barriers to wellness, we believe every person deserves to be seen, valued, and cared for.

Our goal is more than providing services.

Two Names. One Mission. Loving Our Neighbors. ❤️

You may have heard of both MACC — the Ministerial Association of California Counties — and PneumaCare Health. So how are they connected?

PneumaCare Health is part of MACC’s mission to bring Christian compassion into practical community care.

MACC works to unite churches and ministers, coordinate charitable efforts, and help the faith community become a cornerstone of care for people in need.

Through PneumaCare Health, that mission reaches even further—helping individuals and families navigate medical, dental, behavioral health, housing, transportation, Enhanced Care Management, and other supportive services throughout Northern California.
It’s faith moving beyond the walls of the church and into the everyday needs of our neighbors.

MACC’s heart is simple: “We are Blessed to be a Blessing.”
PneumaCare’s mission says it another way: “Love Our Neighbors as Ourselves.”

Different expressions. One shared heart: serving people with compassion, dignity, and hope.

Who is PneumaCare?

PneumaCare Health is dedicated to helping our neighbors throughout Northern California connect with the health and housing resources they need to move toward greater stability and well-being.

❤️ Our mission is simple:
LOVE OUR NEIGHBORS AS OURSELVES.

Through community health and housing services, PneumaCare helps connect individuals and families with medical, dental, behavioral health, housing care and ongoing support.

📍 PneumaCare currently serves 8 Northern California counties:
Butte • Colusa • Glenn • Shasta • Sutter • Tehama • Yuba • Yolo

And here's something you may not know: PneumaCare Health is part of the community health work of MACC — the Ministerial Association of California Counties.
