When temperatures rise, consider heading to your local library to cool off!

Extreme summer heat poses serious health risks. When temperatures reach 90 degrees or higher, dehydration and heat stroke become significant concerns.

The Conway Public Library is open Monday through Thursday from 9 AM to 8 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 1 PM (except when closed for federal holidays).

To stay cool during hot weather, we recommend the following tips:
- Dress in layers to accommodate changes in temperature.
- Avoid hot, sun-drenched areas, and seek out shade.
- Bring a small personal fan for extra comfort.
- Keep cold water readily available.
- Consider reading about cold places and situations, as it can help cool your thoughts!

This Wednesday, July 1st, we invite you to order a late lunch or dinner from Cheese Louise North Conway to support the Conway Public Library Park Project!

From 3-7PM, 10% of sales will be directly donated to the project. Project committee members will be at Cheese Louise to share more information and raffle off a few items to raise additional funds for the library. We look forward to seeing you there!
