Data centers bring noise pollution, drain water supplies, and increase power costs. We need a plan to address these issues. This plan will require county wide zoning and zoning within our incorporated towns. Zoning rules can require set back lines to reduce noise pollution exposure to neighborhoods and livestock farms, protect water supplies, and require data centers to bear the full cost of additional power demands. 52% of Tennessee is zoned.
