SOLDIER SPOTLIGHT: Chief Warrant Officer 2 Christine Stanley, featured in the March edition of Army Magazine, is a master of her craft and a decorated leader in the kitchen. As an award-winning pastry chef, CW2 Stanley serves as the captain of the U.S. Army Culinary Arts Team and the team manager for the U.S. Army Reserve Culinary Arts Team. Hey Sustainers! Effective January 1, 2026, the Army is updating the Continuation Pay (CP) program under the Blended Retirement System (BRS). This program is designed to provide eligible Soldiers with a financial incentive to continue their service and invest in their future.
What is Continuation Pay?
Continuation Pay (CP) is a financial incentive under the Blended Retirement System (BRS) designed to reward Soldiers for their continued service and help them build long-term financial security.

The 316th ESC Soldiers participated in the 50th Joint Culinary Training Exercise 26 Feb to 4 March. They worked 20 days straight earning 10 medals for their achievements. Congratulations to CW2 Stanley, WO1 Phillips, SSG Benner and SGT Lindo!
