Just got a great lesson on how NOT to do customer service from Delta Airlines. Wonderful lectures from two ladies on what the rules are but not a shred of service! Customer service starts when there is a problem. Every problem presents an opportunity for a positive customer experience. Simply reciting rules is NOT service and creates disappointment and even anger. Delta, you shanked it!

I stand with all who will be in Washington D.C. today protesting the despicable practice of abortion. This is more than a national disgrace it is a national sin and God will not, and in fact cannot, bless our nation as long as it exists as a national policy. Some Food for Thought - First some facts, then some questions.
