Huey's Heroes Reading Program Improve reading skills while making a difference in the life of a shelter animal. A great way to bring the community and animals together.

Encourages reading, volunteerism, and pet adoption while decreasing loneliness and anxiety of the animals.

This is not the post we wanted to be making fresh off the holiday, but we have no choice. Once again we’re down to looking at our last empty kennel. We hate making these posts. We wanted to start the week off on a positive note BUT there’s still time for you to change that. Come out and show your support by adopting, fostering (see eligible fosters on our website) and/or sharing our posts. We still have long timers Rolo & Faith patiently waiting for their holiday miracles.
