In December of 2016 I started buying clothing racks as if I was preparing for something. Then, slowly I started buying clothing shelves. And

well, the rest is already known...

I not only prayed for my Outreach to bloom, but for the Lord to blessed with a Clothing Closet. I took on a full role of managing a Street Outreach Ministry, a clothing closet, Woman’s Fellowship group and serving at my church. Praying for this goal I had, I realized I was living in my dream goal. I hadn't even noticed what the Lord was doing when everyone just started coming together donating, volunteering. It was quite an exciting year for us in 2018 in our Street Ministry. We ventured on monthly events, each month being a different one where we encountered obstacles & testing, blessings & burdens. But, one thing for sure, I thank the Lord for blessing me with so much experience, blessings, lessons and definitely growth. I have matured so much since then. Who we serve: We serve the low income, the poor, the homeless, students, veterans, elderly, disabled, victims of domestic abuse, and those who have emergency needs because of a fire, flood or other natural disaster. We also serve those who are referred to us from other social service agencies regardless of residency. Once registered, clients may shop free of charge once a month for up to a year until they are in a better financial status. For the young teens in school, we offer PROM DRESSES, SHOES, Young Boy Slack Pants & Dressy Shirts.. OUR MISSION STATEMENT: Giving hope to the hopeless by reaching one & clothing one at a time! OUR MISSION: To help lift financial burdens to those in need by providing recycled & new clothing and shoes to men, women, and children whose families are under financial strain. I am beyond excited what the Lord has given me. He opened a NEW door for me that left me speechless. I am beyond THANKFUL. I have always had a heart in helping others, even before giving my life to the Lord... He is making a NEW THING! GIVING GOD SOME PRAISE!!! ALL GLORY BE TO YOU LORD!!!

Only very few people saw my beginning, everyone has to start from the bottom, and it wasn't an easy start. In 2015 I started serving in the closet ministry at church. There the Lord planted me, though it was hard at times because of my illness, but I didn't move. My labor was not in vain. Never is our sincere work for the Lord in vain. 1 Corinthians 15:58 says; Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord... There at the Church Closet, I gained knowledge of how to do the things one does at a closet. The time came for me to take a break from the Church closet as I had became sick, and my vehicle broke down. It was hard to let go, but the Lord moved me. I was reminded from a longtime friend of where I started with some pictures she took of me while I was serving at church. Iris saw my beginning from the bottom, but she also get's to see this NEW beginning.
