Adams Elementary School - Corvallis Adams Elementary School is a caring community that puts student learning first. We have been educating young people in Corvallis, Oregon since 1963.

At Adams we believe all students can learn and succeed, and we base our instruction on a balanced and comprehensive curriculum. Adams Elementary School provides an exceptional educational foundation and memorable experiences for students in Kindergarten through Fifth Grade. Our students regularly achieve at high levels on the Oregon Assessment of Knowledge and Skills (OAKS). We recognize the impor

tance of reading, writing and math instruction, and we work hard to provide meaningful and integrated learning experiences in all content areas. To create meaningful school experiences, Adams School provides weekly music, art and P.E. classes and programs including art exhibits, the Adams Choir, and two Marimba Bands. Pairing with our music, art and P.E. classes, we offer many extracurricular opportunities for students including the school garden club, elementary strings classes, Adams in Motion (AIM), Oregon Battle of the Books (OBOB), fifth grade mentor program and crossing guards. Currently we serve 380 students with 39 certified and classified staff members. Staff members are focused on promoting high levels of learning and creativity while a strong educational program is maintained. Adams staff members work collaboratively to provide meaningful and rigorous instruction that engages all students. If you have any questions, please feel free to visit the office.
