We are currently accepting submissions for the Fall 2016 issue. The submission period runs from February 1st to April 30, 2016. All submissions will receive a copy of the Fall issue of The Banyan, to be published in September 2016.

As legislative session ended on Friday evening, $500 million in tax cuts were secured for Florida families! $400 million of these tax cuts are a result of the Governor and the Legislature rolling back Charlie Crist’s 2009 fee hike on automobile registrations.

Charlie Crist is flip-flopping on his 2010 pro-abortion stance, claiming to Florida voters that he is “pro-life by my own definition.”

In addition to flip-flopping on this issue, while governor, Crist implemented a 15% differential increase on tuition for Florida students and continuously admits to being open to raising taxes again if given the opportunity. Charlie Crist is wrong for Florida families, and each day he is making us more aware of it!
