We have so many personable, kind, soulful, gentle, trainable, goofy, dogs that have been relinquished, strays, or just came from an unfortunate situation. (All from McHenry County)

To see them everyday, working to give them their best life while theyā€™re in our care can be overwhelming.
Itā€™s tough emotionally, and physically.
Each and every staff and volunteer continues to do it because itā€™s important.
ITā€™S MEANINGFUL AND NECESSARY!

šŸ’šThen you get a big sloppy kiss from Miss Pickle, šŸ’œthe highest jump from Avery, šŸ’™the craziest zoomies from Hercules, šŸ§”Jem the cat plops in your lap, the excitement for treats, the trust and love that all of these friends DESERVE!
