Part-time opportunity. Knowing Quickbooks desktop is a must. This is a in office position, no remote work at this time.
Duties include handling multiple QB companies weekly and monthly reporting, receptionist, filing, scanning to Dropbox and other general office needs. The position requires a self starter, multitasking, highly organized, positive individual.
This will be approximately 20 hours per week to start and could go to full time.

Just a few tips from your Bookkeeper 🖤

End of year has just come and gone and we are working so hard to make sure everyone’s files are perfect for taxes! Here is a list of things you should always let your Bookkeeper know as soon as they happen!
1. Putting your own money into the business account.
2. Making personal transactions out of the business account.
3. Buying a new vehicle
4. Trading in a vehicle
5. Opening a new credit card or getting a new loan.
6. Basically anything that you question.. “maybe I should ask about this or I’m not sure if this is a tax deduction?”
