Don't let Builder's reap Huge Profits at your Expense!

The nexus between builders and local politicians has resulted in a situation where homes in are single family home neighborhoods are being converted into five story condos.

Please do not vote for anyone who has been backed by the Builders: Rod Sinks, Hung Wei, Gilbert Wong and Barry Chang have overseen the shut-down of our schools, builder remedy projects and have little interest in protecting the residents' quality of life.

Builder-Politician Complex

As investors try to profit from real-estate in Cupertino, they are being aided by politicians who ignore the interests of the city's residents.

Single Family neighborhoods are the next target for high density construction. The City Council recently made changes to allow multi-family units on single family lots in Cupertino.

The Builders’ Lobby control of Cupertino Local Governments Institutions has resulted in major negative changes in our quality of life.

They were successful in closing down multiple schools in CUSD right in the middle of the pandemic, even though CUSD schools are very crowded, and the school district was projecting a surplus of $16M when the schools were closed.

Going forward, they want to allow construction of multi-story buildings right in the middle of single family neighborhoods, with very low setback requirements. We run the risk of having a five story condominium towering over their backyard, less then six feet away from their property.

It’s time residents of both East and West Cupertino unite to end builders’ control of our local governments, and preserve the character of our single family neighborhoods.

Invoices paid on Ghost Contracts!

The City of Cupertino has been paying invoices send by the Cupertino Chamber of Commerce WITHOUT any locatable contract. In turn, the Chamber of Commerce has organized PACs influencing local elections.

Our tax dollars should not be sent to organizations, who run PACS to influence local elections, especially without any written contract which determines why they are being paid.

The Chamber of Commerce is a 501 (c)(6) organization whose charter is to serve the interests of its dues-paying members.
