Cushman City Council also welcomes Mr. Allen Cole as your new councilman. Mr. Cole is a member of Cornerstone Community Church and has a strong faith and belief in good morals and values. We are confident that he will make a great addition to the Council! Please help welcome him! Thank you Mr. Cole for stepping up to care about our community! We appreciate it!

Good Wednesday morning! We have some exciting news from your City Council this morning!!! We have appointed a new Mayor and he was sworn in as of last night! Mr. Joshua Goodwin stepped in and went right to work! We are excited and expecting great things for our little community! As a successful business owner, youth leader, husband and father, we have no doubt that he will incorporate all the morals and values that will help make the City of Cushman a place people are proud to call home! Please help us make him feel right at home! Welcome Joshua we are proud!

Cushman City Council will hold a special meeting on Monday, July 13 at 5:30pm at City Hall.
This meeting will include the discussion of the following items:
- Accepting mayoral resignation
- Declaration of vacancy of mayor position
- Updates to City accounts
- Discussion of Mayor “pro tem”

All citizens are welcome and encouraged to attend.
Please keep in mind that the items on the agenda are the only items that will be discussed in this special meeting.
