When forging ahead, it’s important to know where you’ve been.

This week the 54th SFAB Brigade and Battalion leadership teams were able to conduct professional development at the National Infantry Museum after the conclusion of planning sessions. This OPD allowed them to learn not only about the history of the US Infantrymen, but also provided a snapshot of our heritage as Advisors. Some of the pieces highlighted were from Advisors to China during WWII, Korea, and to Vietnam. Knowing where you came from and learning lessons from those that carried the torch before are critical to preserving our craft and professionalism. @ National Infantry Museum
