In between work, I do .

The project : making refillable Easter eggs that can be used as mug mats. I’m going to make many.

Determine what are needed: my assortment of fabrics, pattern, etc.,

Determine the most : what steps need to be taken and the order in which they need to be taken, how I need to cut the fabric, prep it for final assembly, and and final assembly. (In this case I made a .)

When I’m making multiples I tend to do my sewing projects in line style: do each step for all the items, and then do the next step for all the items, etc.

As I “attended” via live stream this morning. I became aware of how much I really missed being there in person. There’s so much to the actual and the personal .
It’s like being at the ballpark for the ball game is different than watching it on TV.
But it’s also like .
I realized that since my pseudo-retirement and the need for me to be home with the patient for whom I’m giving care, I have allowed myself to not continue with networking and that help keep my open. Groups that keep me aware of new things in the and build my skills. and networking events have a lot of value.
Yes, there is still the same truth, it’s not the same as being there in person.
But I’ve made a decision today. I need to get with my connections and some of my networking network.
