So often we find ourselves working along side people who struggle with sharing leadership. I don’t do this enough but I want to shout out my Tricities Naacp President for always encouraging and pushing me, Demetra Trese Criner Donaldson
forward and FORCING me to do more.
I really can be an introvert. AND if you really know me I LOVEEEEE championing others agenda.

KurlyKew Smith-Flemming pushes me beyond my comfort zone. Since I have became Vice President, I have grown expeditiously under her leadership.

Thank you for entrusting me to represent with the Presidents of NAACP in a round table discussion on the state of our city, strategic planning and collaborative partnerships with WFAA.
