My RENFIT Ladies in the 7 AM class this morning. We focused on the largest muscle group today! LEGS! MONDAY LEG DAY! QUADS, HAMSTRINGS, & GLUTES! I LOVE these ladies, because they give a 100% every time with a smile! They encourage each other as a FAMILY, as a TEAM! Next class today is at 12 PM! See you there!
