Yesterday, we had the honor of recognizing our 5th grade class as we launched them from elementary into middle school. Students were recognized for perfect attendance, A and A/B honor roll, Bulldog Pride (for excellent conduct), and subject specific awards. Each homeroom teacher named their class valedictorian and also selected a Star Student. Needless to say, there were many tears shed by staff, students, and families - this is such a special group of kids! We will miss them and hope they always remember that someone at Davis Elementary loves them!

Ms. McAree’s class had a special visitor for the last day of school! Luna, one of Ms. McAree’s dogs, got to visit class after her students wrote some very persuasive letters to Mrs. Camp. Their letters listed all of the reasons Luna should visit, and Mrs. Camp couldn’t say no after reading them 🐶

Big news! 🎉 Our campus has been recognized as a 2025–2026 Capturing Kids’ Hearts® National Showcase School for our commitment to building a culture where relationships come first and every student is supported to succeed.
