Our own CASA Volunteer Advocate Greg Burdette presented a check that will go a long way toward helping some of our CASA Kiddos have a bright beginning to the new school year. Our hearts are so full today. A huge thank you to Connect 4 Life for blessing our program!!

They lovingly and intentionally hand-selected 28 individual backpacks and packed them full of school supplies for our children. This relieves an incredible burden for our families and ensures every single one of these kids walks into their first day feeling confident and prepared!

Special Thank You to our very own volunteer advocate, Sandi Barberis and Advocate Supervisor Donna Armendariz for coordinating everything and making this all happen seamlessly!

We are incredibly thankful for community collaboration and support!

Because of their generosity, the sweet kiddos we serve are heading into the new school year with an extra bounce in their step.Thanks to this partnership, these amazing kids got to visit Academy and pick out their very own brand new kicks! Starting the school year with fresh confidence and shoes they love means the world to them, and to us. 💙

Today, some of our dedicated advocates and staff spent the morning at the courthouse. They held space, shared critical updates, and carried the voices of multiple children.

Being an advocate means ensuring a child is seen, heard, and protected. It is about planting seeds of hope during uncertain times and making sure no child navigates the system by themselves.
Thank you to our amazing staff and volunteers for showing up and fierecly advocating, every day!
