The 16 wall murals can be seen along Sylvan Ave and Singleton Blvd, while the art studios and galleries are on Fabrication Street (75212). Masks are required and each public space is limited to 10 people. Printable versions of the maps in Spanish and English will also be available at the art spaces and galleries.
**VIRTUAL EXPERIENCE**: Please follow the West Dallas Chamber of Commerce page to tune in for the live virtual experience from 4-6pm. Can’t make it during that time? The recording will be available on the page for your enjoyment at a later date.

Tin District's new artist studios at 516 Bedford will be open to the public during Art Walk West + Wild West Mural Fest this Saturday! Come check out the work spaces and current projects of several of Dallas' local artists, including Francene Christianson whose work is featured below.
Christianson paints people and places that remind her of special times in her life. She draws inspiration from old family photos, preserving mid-century images in a modern context.

"Next Exit" is an interactive installation of lens-based work by local artists Trey Burns, Harris Chowdhary, Finn Jubak, and Jonathan Molina-Garcia, that takes the city of Dallas as its subject and object. The work in the exhibition reflects the artists' shared research and development of ideas around they city's myths, landscape and the built environment without drawing explicit conclusions. At the start of the project all four artists were living and working in Dallas, TX.

Wild West Mural Fest started as an extension of the Art Walk West programming in 2018, organized by local artists Wheron. This year, 13 new walls along the streets of West Dallas will be come to life with mural paintings created by a line-up of mostly Dallas-based artists, along with a few out of town perspectives from Austin, Houston, Miami, and Edmonton, Canada.

Michelle N. Gibson focuses this class in her own “New Orleans Second Line Aesthetic" that teaches improvised movement and footwork to live brass band music. Classes are at 12:00, 1:30, and 3:15 at 516 Fabrication Street. All ages and levels welcome.
