Shalom Shabbat! Started my day trying to make Cream of Wheat is this what it should like. I do not cook, my hubby used to make it. Oh well life is a cup of water, Cream of Wheat, 1 minute in microwave and top it with Carnation Condensed Milk. Let's go to work.

A day of prayer, work and and a healthy Spinach Quesadilla. My grandmother used to tell me I had feed my mind and heart that is prayer and the Quesadilla fills my tummy so I can continue working.
