We are excited to share a historic milestone for To Give A Smile!

This year, we completed the **largest medical outreach in our organization's history**, serving **five communities** and making a lasting impact on the health and well-being of hundreds of families.

Here's what we accomplished together:

🩺 1,032 individuals received free medical, dental, and vision care, providing much-needed treatment, relief, and hope.

📖 More than 850 people participated in health education, learning practical skills such as dental hygiene, proper handwashing, clean water and sanitation, dehydration prevention, and CPR.

🧼 Over 1,000 hygiene kits were distributed, giving families the tools they need to maintain healthy habits long after our outreach ended.

These numbers represent more than statistics—they represent lives changed, healthier communities, and the power of compassion in action.

Thank you to our volunteers, medical professionals, partners, supporters, and donors for making this incredible achievement possible. Together, we are transforming lives and bringing hope where it is needed most.

Every swing, sponsorship, and donation helps us continue our mission of bringing joy to children facing medical challenges. Funds raised will support our hospital events for sick children and their families, as well as medical outreach clinics during our mission trips to Peru and the Philippines.

🎄❤️ **Christmas came early at Medical City Dallas!** ❤️🎄

There’s nothing better than seeing a child's smile—and that's exactly what our **Christmas in July** event was all about!

Our amazing volunteers delivered care packages to children in the hospital, and Santa made a special visit to spread holiday cheer, share hugs, and create unforgettable memories with patients and their families.

A heartfelt thank you to Medical City Dallas for welcoming us and to everyone who donated, volunteered, and supported this special day. Your kindness helped remind these incredible kids that they are loved, supported, and never alone.

Together, we're bringing hope, joy, and a little Christmas magic—no matter the season. 🎅🎁✨

Christmas came early, and our hearts are full! ❤️🎄

This Christmas in July, TGAS had the privilege of bringing joy to children and their families at Toledo Children's Hospital. Going room to room, we shared smiles, encouragement, and the spirit of the season by delivering 134 toys to incredible young patients.

Every toy was more than just a gift—it was a reminder that these children and their families are surrounded by a community that cares. Seeing the excitement, laughter, and hope on their faces made this day truly unforgettable.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who donated, volunteered, and supported this effort. Your generosity helped make Christmas in July a meaningful experience for so many families. Together, we're making a difference—one smile at a time. ❤️
