Dallas 3-1-1 has Customer Service Agents available 24 hours a day to offer assistance submitting any of the available 250+ Service Request types. The most common Service Requests reported to Dallas 3-1-1 are: litter, missed trash or recycling collection, water/wastewater line locate, parking violations, right-of-way obstructions, and bulky trash violations. Dallas 3-1-1 also maintains a Knowledge Database that helps citizens locate information about City Departments, Offices, as well as other important information and details about local events.

Can you send a crew to re paint the lane markings on Greenville Avenue From i635 all the way to lower Greenville? All it's intersections need to be re painted. There are Too many curves too many dumb drivers and the lanes are either eroded or almost gone. I can't use the app because it asks for my address and if I try to put an address on Greenville Avenue it just rotates for ever to return an error.
Nothing done in 2 weeks! I have been trying to prevent a larger problem, like a trash truck caving in the alley entrance or a small child falling in!
Isn't he suppose to pick up the trash?
My neighbors at 2914 Barnes Bridge Road in Dallas 75228 they have way too many adults living in the house and I feel danger because of Coronavirus
New trash everyday, and if this is suppose to be Duncanville's problem why does the sign say "Dallas".
OK...so from what I understand, I am to call 911, right? *You don't want me to call 911 for disturbance of the PEACE, but then you don't want to handle the 311 request. *****This is Unacceptable***** *Not I was never contacted & the emails were resolved in 2 minutes without investigation. Why even have a 311 APP?

What is the point of complaining and sending in complaints about disturbing the peace when you all don’t do do anything about! The neighbors have complained about 1510 Claude St. playing loud, corny, accordion music, well after midnight and y’all still don’t give them tickets for violating City Ordinance 30-2. This ordinance and thinking police will help is a freakin joke! And y’all wonder why people don’t call the police or depend on them to help. And don’t call my house asking for no donations neither!!!!!! You don’t do your chores so you don’t get an extra allowance!!!!!! Periodt!!!!
How much longer before they clean up here? This has been going on since April 2019.
Greenville and Monticello - where you put the sheet of metal over the street it makes a very loud noise when cars run over it. It’s right beside my house and is very annoying!!
