Today I got the opportunity to train almost 30 young men and had a blast. They are part of the Frisco Star Chapter of the Young Men's Service League and they are a great group. Every boy was respectful and polite!

The A.R.M.O.R trial class was a hit(pun intended).. the kids had a blast and so did I!

Thursday at 1pm at panteracrossfit in Plano we will have a 45 min intro to our homeschool A.R.M.O.R series. Only $10 to participate! Kids ages 10-17 are welcome and parents will get to see what this series is all about! See you there!
