Why Notary ? Everyone in America needs something notarized. EVERYONE I know needs something notarized.
When your friend asks you if you know a notary, I hope you will remember to say my name. Post your business as well, and I'll remember what you do too....
Don't consume content all day create it too.
Time is moving and your youth is fading . Post that business so that future you can be proud of past you.
P.s. I specialize in Real estate transaction type notarizations which is the hardest form of notary, I also do general notary work, but rarely. Loan documents pay better and are harder to understand. Anyone can be a general notary and that makes their demand elastic. Loan signing agents have an inelastic supply, hence why I specialize in it.
This page is my online journal. I love my 36 follower page because these posts are for me to current me and me to future me. I believe in Continuous course correction and the less followers the better.
Success to me at this point with this business as of Feb 2026 is this.
1) Paying half my bills.
2) 1 month from now, having it pay all my bills.
3) Three months from now, having it pay for all my business expenses for all businesses + bills.
4) 6 months from now have it pay for my 3 biggest 2026 goals that only my family and 2 close friends know.
Feb was slow but again this is a part time job and not a full time job. It takes 2 hours 20 to 3 hours 5 minutes of my day on average. Full time for me will count if it takes 5 hours of my day. I need to block out the other 6 hours for Real estate and my marketing business because they are more important to my overall life vision.
I was told February was slow, BUT
