My favorite way to make Brussels sprouts...marinated overnight! In a gallon size zip bag combine juice of 1 lemon, 1 T olive oil, pepper, paprika and garlic salt. Add in Brussels (cut in half or quartered), seal bag and toss around until well coated. Refrigerate overnight. When ready to roast, preheat oven to 400, place Brussels on baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes. Feel free to eat the entire pan, they are that good! πŸ’šπŸ’š

I always whip up brownies in muffin pans 'cause they turn out crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. No more fighting over the corners, lol! I use 2 boxes of brownie mix to make 24 brownie cupcakes, and I toss in an extra egg for extra gooeyness. Spray the pans really well with nonstick spray, and they’ll pop out easily with a butter knife. Bake β€˜em at 350Β°F for 20 minutes, and let β€˜em cool for 5 minutes before you take β€˜em out of the pans. π—™π—¨π—Ÿπ—Ÿ π—₯π—˜π—–π—œπ—£π—˜ π—•π—˜π—Ÿπ—’π—ͺ
