⚫ On February 26, 2026, Rafael Aguilar Rubio, 9 month old Hispanic male with black hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing long monkey style pajamas and brown socks.

⚫He was abducted by Cezar N. Martinez, a 20 year old Hispanic male, 5 foot 10 inches, weighing 200 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing tee shirt, black adidas slides and a shorts.

⚫They were last seen at 681 Carla Court winder, GA headed west toward Gwinnett County.

✔People must first understand the accurate definition of RESPECT in order to teach children how to respect lives, respect rules, respect authority.

⚠️Society has a problem because there is a group of people who just reproduce for a few dollars on a plastic card, they have been taught the wrong definition of things, taught to FIGHT against authority, deny responsibility/accountability, blame another person.

🚫So many want to throw money at a problem, ignoring the true cause, but RESPECT IS FREE TO LEARN, FREE TO TEACH, FREE TO EXERCISE.
THROW SOME RESPECT at this problem, not money.

🆘️The only way to change the crime, change the lawlessness, change the way these wild animals act IS TO TAME THEM.

🐎We are all born wild. Some are lucky enough to be born out of love to parents that planned them, or wanted them enough to invest 100% in them after they're here.

❤When parents invest positively in the lives of the children they give birth to, they are helping to shape and mold society by contributing POSITIVE humans to it.

🔥But when these wild, ungrateful, entitled, disrespectful, criminals give birth, THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT POSITIVE PARENTING IS. You can't contribute anything positive in another life if all you've been taught is negativity and hate.

▪️If they don't know love, they can't show it.

▪️If they don't know how to respect, they can't teach it.

▪️If they only know how to break the law, that's all they know to teach their children.

‼️It's a crime against humanity and people are fed up with our environments being destroyed by these ignorant idiots.

✔If you teach your child to HATE, that's a crime against your own child.

✔If you teach your child to break the law, you need to go to prison for contributing to making sure that's where your child will end up.

✔If you teach your child to refuse to respect authority and not comply with law enforcement, you're helping increase the odds that you may need to figure out how to pay for their funeral soon.

💯Bad parents, criminal parents, YOU ARE THE REASON SOCIETY IS SUFFERING.

🔴15 YR OLD SHANE FRIDAY FOUND DECEASED AT EXIT 37/NOW EXIT 112 ON I- 75 IN SOUTH GA.

▪️Shane Friday was a runaway from Michigan and had taken a Greyhound bus headed to Orlando. The bus made stops in Macon, Warner Robins, and other small cities along I-75.

🔴⚫ATHENS, GA- GUILTY VERDICT. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family of Tara Baker. The jurors have spoken in a trial for a case that once was cold until new technology was utilized and identified DNA on swabs taken in 2001 from inside the body of the victim. The case is no longer cold or unsolved.

🔴$15,000 REWARD OFFERED IN UNSOLVED 2023 HIT AND RUN of UGA PhD student, Beth Buchanan.

Tomorrow is a big day for another family whose story has been part of the work we do at Classic City Crime.

On Tuesday, February 17, at 2:30 p.m., the court will hold a damages hearing in the wrongful death case of UGA PhD student Beth Buchanan at the Athens-Clarke County Courthouse. This case has stayed with many of us because, like so many we have covered, it represents a family still waiting for full accountability.

Beth was killed in February 2023 in a high-speed, drunk-driving crash while driving her mother to the airport. The driver fled and has never been captured. Nearly three years later, he remains at large.

Tomorrow’s hearing is not about criminal sentencing. It is about formally recognizing the value of Beth’s life and the devastation her loss has caused. It is about accountability, even when justice has been delayed.

Beth was a brilliant scholar, a devoted daughter, and someone committed to making a positive difference in the world. Her parents, Tim and Julie Buchanan, have never stopped advocating for her and asking for the public’s help in locating the person responsible.

A reward of up to $15,000 is still being offered for information leading to an arrest.
