Tonight, our members had the opportunity to train on vehicle extrication alongside one of our mutual aid departments, Sebring Fire & EMS. Hands-on training like this is a great opportunity to sharpen our skills, work together with our mutual aid partners, and prepare for the real-world incidents we may face.
A huge thank you to Sinsley Towing for providing the vehicles for us to train with. We greatly appreciate your support of our department and our commitment to training!

Damascus Fire Department has some great exciting news !!!!! We are starting a new Online raffle page. There will be multiple raffles on the site that you can create a cart to purchase tickets.
Once a raffle closes and is sold out a new raffle will be added.
All drawings will be Facebook live from Damascus Fire station 1. There will be updates when needed on the raffle page.
This is a new adventure for us and we are very excited. Please consider helping us so we can purchase the equipment and supplies needed to serve our community.

Congratulations to Adam williams on successfully passing the National Registry exam and becoming a paramedic. This is a tremendous accomplishment that reflects countless hours of studying, training, dedication, and hard work. Your commitment to providing the highest level of emergency medical care is something to be proud of, and our department is fortunate to have you on the team. Adam is now a Fire 2 Paramedic.

This morning we were invited to participate in a water shuttle training with Homeworth Fire, Sebring Fire & EMS, North Georgetown Fire Department. members were able to train using the recently purchased tanker moving it a step closer to being put in service. Thank you to Homeworth fire for hosting

We’re proud to welcome the newest addition to our fleet—a Fouts tanker/pumper!

Over the next several weeks, DFD members will be training to become fully proficient with the apparatus, ensuring it’s ready to serve our community safely and effectively.
