Farmers and ranchers say, “You want it to rain, you cut hay.” Concrete contractors say, “You want it to rain, open up a driveway. Two driveways in a row with two water pump outs. It didn’t stop the T3 team from getting a beautiful driveway, stamped patio and shed pad finished in a timely fashion.

✅-Double Spanish rolled curbing

The concrete in this instance ultimately sloped towards the garage due to the overdig settling over time. Two significant rainfalls filled the formed job, requiring the T3 crew to pump it out to finalize the project and keep it moving forward. Given the predicted rain, we determined that utilizing a pump truck and completing the project in one continuous pour would be the best course of action.

✅-Formed up to code and perfectly square
✅ -Forms, Sub-grade and Rebar inspection ✅ -Concrete poured, screeded and bull floated

Cats vs dogs?! T3 deals with them both and have met so many cool family pets. Cats far outweigh dogs in the stepping in the wet Concrete area.
