12th AF Children's Christmas Party

Kids are encouraged to wear their Christmas Pajamas.
Cookies and Hot Chocolate will be provided
The concession stand will be open for purchasing coke & popcorn.

Mark your calendars...Key Spouses are hosting the 3rd annual 12th AF Children's Halloween Party on Friday, October 26 at 1700 in the foyer of the Copper Top. This event is free. Bags will be provided to color and trick-or-treat throughout the building. Goodies will be served; and there will be a costume contest for the children. Please spread the word. We're looking forward to another fun party.

~~~Attention! Deployed Family Dining day and location has changed ~~~

Join us for a free meal at Deployed Family Dining on Wednesday, Jan 4th 4:00 p.m. - 5:45 p.m. The new location for Deployed Family Dining is the DM Bowling Center, 5355 E. Ironwood, Bldg 3203. The meal for this month will be pizza. Please bring a copy of your spouse’s orders.

All ~ KVOA would like to do an interview with a family that is currently affected by deployment. Anyone who volunteers will be given guidance and support from the base Public Affairs office. OPERATION: HOLIDAY OPEN HOUSE

Tucson Air National Guard, 1500 E. Valencia Rd., Tucson - 162nd Fighter Wing
This event is free for all Branches of Service: Active Duty, National Guard, Reserve and their families. A day of free gift choosing, visiting with Santa, and many other fun filled activities. Military ID is required. If you have any questions, please call 520-305-5647.

GIVE PARENTS A BREAK ~ The next Give Parents a Break is scheduled for December, 17 12:00—4:00 p.m., Finley CDC for children 6 weeks to 5 years old, and School Age Program for kindergarteners through 12 years of age. Please pick up your voucher at the A&FRC and ensure that you pre-register at the CDC or SAP at least 48 hours in advance (Thursday prior, no later than 12:00 p.m.). Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance (Friday prior) if you are unable to attend. Call 228-5690 for more information.

DEPLOYED FAMILY DINING ~ Join us for a free meal at Deployed Family Dining on Tuesday, December 6th, 4:00 p.m. - 5:45 p.m. The Desert Inn Dining Facility is located on Fifth St. in Building 4100. The entrance is on the back side of the building. Please bring a copy of your spouse’s orders. (Note: Dress code will be enforced and to-go containers are not guaranteed.) Families with children: please accompany your child through the food lines and keep track of your child in the dining room. Child care is not provided.
