Girls Incorporated of Metro Denver Inspiring all girls to be Strong, Smart and Bold Girls Incorporated of Metro Denver is committed to meeting the changing needs of girls in our community.

Girls between the ages of 6 and 19 participate in our programs. Girls Inc. celebrates girls who are ethnically, economically, and culturally diverse. We believe that in a supportive environment, all girls can realize that they are strong, smart and bold and can achieve their full potential. Our programs are researched and developed by Girls Incorporated, the national organization of which we are a

n affiliate, and are nationally and locally evaluated and proven to be effective. We know girls in our programs stay in school and are more likely to resist violence and substance abuse and to prevent teen pregnancy. We offer programs at our West Denver Center as well as through our outreach efforts at many partnering agencies such as rec centers, other youth centers, faith-based organizations and schools. In addition to working directly with girls, we offer accredited trainings for adults who work with youth in our adolescent pregnancy prevention and substance abuse and leadership curricula. We also offer customized workshops for adults focused on issues pertinent to girls right now!
