Our bill designed to protect access to trails, 14ers, and wild places for outdoor recreation will go before the Colorado House in the next 1-2 days for a final vote.

That means this is your LAST CHANCE to contact your state representative and urge them to vote yes for SB-58.

Our bill is a bipartisan solution that would address landowner concerns by providing more clarity without reducing the standard of care owed to hikers and recreationists.
