As we age, the cost of housing goes up while our incomes stay the same. House Bill 1308 will allow Coloradans to stay in the communities where they built their lives by lowering barriers and giving homeowners more freedom to sell part of their lot. Tell state lawmakers to vote YES on House Bill 1308.

What a night! 🎉

Our gubernatorial candidate forum was our largest event ever, and the energy in the room was incredible! In partnership with fellow advocacy groups, we brought together two candidates for governor to answer tough, community-driven questions on housing, transportation, and the issues that shape how we live.

People showed up, stayed engaged, and made it clear: these issues matter. Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make this event such a powerful moment for our movement.
