Currently, we are seeking another experienced, self-driven Part-Time or Per Diem Home Health Registered Nurse RN, to provide care throughout Wayne, Macomb, and Oakland counties and surrounding areas.
Compassions Home Care is a growing home care agency. We service the greater Metro Detroit Area, across multiple counties . As we approach 2024 , we are looking for another R.N. Case manager to join our growing home care company. We are looking for someone who shares our passion for improving healthcare outcomes and client experience. As a Registered Nurse, you will evaluate the patient's overall health. Your goal will be to improve the quality of life for your patients. All medical/nursing services will be done in accordance with each patient's individual plan of care. We are looking for compassionate clinicians to join our amazing team of healthcare professionals! Our office is dedicated to supporting our field clinicians, which truly allows them to function remotely and independently.

We provide responsive in-home care to individuals and families. We embrace a collaborative communication style to ensure the proper administration of a patient’s Plan of Care. Responsibilities:
RN's will help to establish client care plans and render services in accordance with the plan of care, oversee the duties of our C.N.A’s/Home Health Aides.
RN's will follow plan of care, provide treatment, and evaluate patient's reaction to treatment and document any changes in his/her condition and keep record.
RN's will Provide supervision to Certified Nurse Assistants , LPN’s/LVN's, if CNA/LPN is assigned
Be responsible for following all company policies and procedures
Requirements
One year of previous nursing experience
Current RN license to practice in Michigan
Current MI Driver's License
Flexibility in covering a 15-25 mile radius
75k - 95k a year.
